Ross Miller & Will Kellett attended IQG's
first Academy training session
(IQAD) in Harrogate for 5 days - this session is an intensive 5 day course training the Junior Recruiters in the basics of recruitment, concentrating on both clients and candidates and is designed to give 360 degree recruitment knowledge and understanding to our Junior Staff members. The IQAD course is spearheaded by the IQG Company Board of Directors and is now the basis of IQGs' Development plans for shaping & mentoring future recruiters across all Business Units in the Group.
