Dave Otter, Team Leader at ecrmpeople, is pleased to report the expansion of his delivery
team, and the first commercial successes for each of his two new graduate hires. Kylie White and Tom Fiander both joined ecrmpeople in Mid October - Kylie having read Law at Kings College London and Tom having completed a Business degree at Bournemouth University.
Both Tom and Kylie have settled really well into the team, with Kylie placing a contractor into Lloyds TSB and Tom placing into IBM and Wessex Water in their first month.
With his team delivering
a massive uplift in
new contract placements into the Lloyds TSB/HBOS Integration Programme in November, Dave is very confident that both Tom and Kylie will be able to build upon their early success into ecrmpeople's major corporate accounts
in the future.
